About

These information sessions are for young people between 8-16 years with cognitive disability (including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain Injury) and their parent/carer.

Over 1.5 hours we will engage in discussion and activities about puberty, specific to males or females.

We will provide an opportunity for parents, carers and young people to work together to open the lines of communication around these topics.

All participants will have an opportunity to ask questions of our disability educators and network with other parents and carers in a supportive environment.

Sessions are offered at our Box Hill or City locations or can be provided onsite at a suitable venue of your choice.
