We are proud to announce that FPV’s own CEO, Claire Vissenga, has been named 2018’s Australian HR Champion of Change of the Year by the Australian HR Awards on Friday 7th September 2018.
The category of Australian HR Champion of Change of the Year recognises CEOs who have demonstrated excellence by driving successful HR strategies from the top and for putting people at the centre of the organisation. The overall category is judged on the individual’s leadership, communication, strategy, drive and results.
On receiving the award, Claire stated, “I am honoured to have been awarded the 2018 Champion of Change. This really is testament to the great staff we have at FPV who have so admirably embraced change for the betterment of the organisation. “
In addition to Claire’s win, FPV’s HR/OHS Advisor Melanie Kleinoth was a finalist in the category of Australian HR Rising Star of the Year, which recognises individuals who have demonstrated excellence in their first five years of work in a HR role.
FPV was also a finalist in two categories, Employer of Choice – NFP & Public Sector and Best Flexible Work Initiatives. Although FPV did not take home a trophy in these categories, to be a finalist is itself a huge achievement and testament to what we do well as an organisation.
