Doctors

FPV provides extensive professional education and training for doctors and health workers. The courses, seminars and various activities are run by our Senior Medical Officers and team of experts and aim to enhance the skills and capacity of doctors, health workers and educators in the area of sexual and reproductive health throughout Victoria.

We are committed to the provision of ongoing regular programs that ensure doctors, clinicians and health professionals maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in sexual and reproductive health.

  • Sexual & Reproductive Health - A Family Planning Australia Certificate Course for Medical Practitioners

This course provides specialist education and training for GPs and obstetrics registrars in sexual and reproductive health. This intensive five-day course will give you the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to make rational based decisions in clinical practice. The course is accredited nationally by Family Planning Australia.
